摘 要
2007年初以来，世界出现了一场美国次级抵押贷款危机，这场危机后来演化成为全球信贷紧缩。这场危机以惊人的速度蔓延，对西方金融机构和全球金融市场的冲击大于20世纪80年代末的美国储贷机构危机，也不亚于11年前的亚洲金融危机。它与美国房地产的衰退结合和发酵，是美国经济的发展进一步放缓，并对世界经济产生一定的负面影响。
