you can use veritas or other backup tools if u use sap backup you need to change parameters of init.sap. Detail parameter you can refer sap online help. one soultion Provide, easy to do: you can use sap backup back data to one disk then backup data of this to Tape from network. another easy soultion is: get tape driver from that ?sever then connect to this server (haha easy?).
