断电在上电后一直按， ctrl+ break ，或者ctrl+c ，或者长按mode键（在面板上面）， 可以进到boot loader模式下

rename flash:config.text flash:config.old
boot
重启后
rename flash:config.old flash:config.text
copy flash:config.text system:running-config
config t
no enable secret
no enable password
end
