Abstract
The privately operated economy stabs it as our country national economy development important to finance. The difficult question always to puzzle the privately operated enterprise to send the islet ,but the privately operated enterprise financing structure not to be unreasonable is the important attribute which the restriction privately operated enterprise develops. Therefore, the privately operated enterprise must act according to its own management goal, the use private bank, the capital market and so on provide the safeguard for privately operated enterprise financing, the optimized financing structure!
