The study applies oligonucleotide gene hybridization technology to create one way to test some normal genotypes of Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PPRSV), porcine circo virus(PSV) and Hog Cholera Virus(HCV). Design one pair of specific primers based on the conservative sequence of duplicase in the virus and two kinds of genotype special nucleotide probe. Virus genotyping are performed through the hybridization between DNA fragment marked by Cy5 through PCR and the probe on the surface of glass. This technique combines the high sensitivity of PCR method and specificchoice of DNA-DNA hybridization. It is shown that this technology can identify some normal porcine viruses’ genotypes and have higher sensitivity than electrophoresis
