Nowadays we can see a great many students go to school without breakfast , they accounted for 63 percent ,only 37 percent of students eat breakfast . There are several reasons for it . Above all , 37 percent students think class begins so early that students have no time to have breakfast , 21 percent students don 't want to eat breakfast , and 5 percent students was afraid of getting fat .
As a matter of fact ,breakfast is of great importance , it is obvious that not having breakfast will do harm to our health and study . A good breakfast will help us grow healthily and study well .
