Only的话，就是把时间状语放到前面去，同时把until里的否定含义去掉：
Only by that moment, I realized that I had left my cell phone in the restaurant。

英语其实很简单，搞清楚主谓宾三个结构和状语定语等之间的逻辑关系，各个“部分”都是可以正反拼接的。
追问：为什么realize不用到装啊，不是应该是did i realize that吗
