Today, a medical doctor came to my school and give a speech to us about the flue. I got a lot from it.

I decided to make myself healthier. First, I wll get up and run for 60 minutes every morning, then get home, take a shower and eat a large breakfast, breakfast is very important, I will keeping eating that every morning. Then I will not drink coffee, also I will not eat junk food as often as I used to be, I will only eat twice a week.

I hope I can keep up all those stuff.
