Dear  Xiaoming

    there will be  a English speech contest in the meeting room on the afternoon on the Thursday this week.

    I heard that you would  take part in the contest.   the contest will start at two pm.   I think you should arrive at the meeting room half an hour earlier.

    I know your spoken english is very good . And i'm sure you will win the contest .

    I want to give you some advice . I think you should be full of confidence .So that you can win easlier.And you'd better sleep well .
