外文翻译成中文大部分是不能直译的，就像网上很多恶搞这种类型的语言笑话。可以理解为装载，国外的皮卡就是农场主或者之类的人拉箱载货用的。所以名字就直接那么叫了。哪像国内，拉东西干脆都用微型或者轻卡了，风土人情不一样。追问是谁首先这么叫的？追答不知道你现在到底想知道什么。就跟问ok这个词是谁发明出来的一样。外国人先这么叫的。
