报价之后几日都没有回应:
首先,两三日后你要给对方去邮件,大体说明什么时候给他发过关于什么内容的邮件,这次的目的是想确认他是否收到,如收到请回复。范例如下:
Trace twice by every 2- 3 days

Date: Dec 13, 2009
Date: Dec 16, 2009

Dear Justin,

How are things going at your end? I write to confirm if you’ve receivd my reply dated Dec 10, 2009, which I quoted as follows (引用原邮件) in case it failed to reach your email box.

Dear Justin Eden,
how are you?
we have no min. quantity, first sample, then bigger, then more bigger, sure
is ok. FOB shanghai / ningbo:ET-26 USD153, ET-32 USD173, kindly
check!
if you want to have CNF price, you should kindly let us know your quantity,
i will reply you soon.
we are looking forward to establishing business trip with you.

If you ‘ve received the above , just kindly ignore my quoting.

My point is that if there is anything I can do at this stage to support you (点明邮件来意) or if you need more information , we will be obliged if you kindly let us know.

By the way, I knew that your big day X’mas day is coming, do you have any plans for holilday? (抓住一切机会进行感情交流) Wish you have big days. Merry X’mas in advance!

一般来说客户有真实的购买意向,在收到你这封邮件以后就会有回复。第一封邮件可能他们忙忘记处理,或者没受到。
通常买家不回复有以下原因:
1. 来不及回
2. 纯粹打探价格行情
3. 做供应商储备
4. 其他可能,甚至对你一封邮件产生不好的印象和故意不回

如果再不回,首先你要对以上原因进行一一排除。如确定客户的初次联系是有诚意的,还有可能原因:
1. 你的价格不合适
2. 你的价格合适,但对你或你们公司心存疑虑
3. 你的价格合适,但是客户尚未有最终决定

那我们要做的是:
1. 做买家的采购顾问,给他介绍产品指示,引导其购买
2. 体现软实力,包括你个人在外贸方面的专业程度和老练程度
3. 持续跟踪

另外,你给客户的回复邮件要做到针对客户之前的询盘有问必答,不方便作答的问题要策略性的处理,不能让客户感到生硬或者故意隐瞒。
