we have food every day. To be healthy, we eat noodles or rice. we should eat some fruit, vegetables and meat every day.They are good for us.Some of us like candy , icecream or hamburgers, but they are not healthy food. Every day we drink water , juice and milk, not coke. coke is not a good drink.
